For Mobile Users

The Library offers several services for those have mobile devices:

Smartphone App

A smartphone application allows you to find books, DVDs and other items using your Web-enabled mobile phone. Search the catalog and place items on hold or renew checked-out items, easily find the library’s hours, phone number or driving directions. You can find upcoming events, register for library classes, download digital books or even contact a librarian.

The app is located at www.libanywhere.com/m/331 and works on any Web-enabled phone. iPhone and Android users can download the app by searching for “LibraryAnywhere” in the iTunes App store or Android Marketplace. The app download is completely free and easy to use. A library card is required for some services.

Texting of Notices

Click here for information on this convenient service. Receive text notices about available holds, items that are due soon, overdues and fines. Plus, renew items and check the availability of books via text message.

Downloadables

  • MyMediaMall - Browse, check out, and download eAudiobook and eBook titles in a variety of formats. The MyMediaMall console is available for Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows Mobile devices, and now Kindle.
